tender lisbon moments
breakfast buffet delicious meals central location
our three nights seemed like a dream the breakfast buffet had a great selection the hotel's restaurant offered delicious meals each morning i savored the fresh pastries i also enjoyed welcome drinks when we arrived the central location provided easy access to the city's charm. the friendly manager gave advice about some great places to go.
the noise from the busy street outside was a slight distraction at times but that was a minor issue compared to the hotel's beauty.

the room had a street view the bathroom was spacious and well designed the comfortable bed ensured restful sleep and the cool air conditioning added to the overall comfort it was a pleasant experience.

the breakfast included both buffet options and cooked-to-order dishes the coffee was excellent the buffet offered super fresh items each morning i enjoyed fresh pastries and the overall dining experience enriched the stay it was good.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including fresh pastries and fruit. The room included a rainfall shower with adjustable water pressure. I received drink vouchers upon check-in, a nice touch.. The staff were very friendly and gave good recommendations for nearby restaurants.
The room lacked sufficient storage space for clothing.

helpful staff early check-in comfy room welcome gift
the staff was genuinely helpful. they arranged trips in the city and advised on places to visit. i received an early check-in upon request, amazing after an early arrival. the room was comfy, and i got tasty pastel de nata as a welcome gift.
the street outside can be quite busy, sometimes a bit noisy.

cramped breakfast area poor soundproofing
The breakfast area felt quite cramped during peak hours. Finding a table some mornings was a challenge, and the buffet layout made it difficult to move around without bumping into other guests. the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear street noise quite clearly early in the morning. This made it difficult to sleep past 7 AM most days.

Nice Stay with Excellent Service
room service welcome drinks helpful staff
The room was well-appointed , and I received welcome drinks and sweet treats upon arrival. Breakfast offered a plentiful buffet with good coffee , along with appealing a la carte options. Mathilde at reception assisted me, and she was helpful with directions around the city.
The street outside was busy and noisy. This sometimes made it difficult to sleep , especially with ambulances passing by.
